When it comes to a new experience that you’re not confident in yourself about..
I find it best to throw yourself into it. Its a challenge but an amazing one.
You do it raw. No preparing, no second thoughts or psyching yourself out.
You see how well you do, even if its not the best.. you can better it especially as you gain confidence.
Remember with each failure, embrace it as a learning tool. It teaches, not only takes away.
